Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness, it's the next day and we are still laughing how scared we were, the photos are hilarious of our terrified faces. The front desk guy was awesome, thank you! We had 3 teenaged kids with us who also thought it was great. Highly recommend.

Awesome Time!

Aboustley, had awesome time, amazing actors and actress even tho we prob damaged there ears from our screaming and yelling.. Thank you for giving us frights of our lives Never done anything like this before.. Thought give go while down in Queenstown, have say best. The staff awesome people definitely made us feel welcome Aboustley had fun

The Best!

My boyfriend and I had the best time going through this haunted house! Decor all through the hallways really set the vibe for this Victorian haunted manor. We couldn't stop laughing from how scared we were getting within the maze. Constant screaming from the different types of scares and so much fun overall. Adrenaline rush for sure. Great staff too!

Really Scary

I was really glad that my teenage daughter talked me into doing this with her, as I chickened out without even trying! Turned out it was better than I expected and quite proud to say she screamed more than I did lol A really scary experience that lived up to its expectation but we made it to the end in one piece. Staff were helpful and explained things really clearly. Happy that we can finally tick the Fear Factory box

Unique Experience

Wow, what a unique experience. I went in dubious about how they would manage to scare us when we were aware that we were trying to be scared, but it was extremely effective. Even my boyfriend got scared, which I have never seen before so that's really saying something. Truly excellent. I will not be going back because I got so scared, so consider that to be a testament to the skill of the actors and staff.

A Good Scare!

Awesome place and a good scare... the wife really got into it and had a full blown scared to the bone panic attack and had to quit, staff could see she was visibly upset and grabbed her some water... we laugh about now but she wasn't at the time, lol...

Lots of Fun!

First time I've done something like this since I was a kid and it was a lot of fun. I went through solo and it would have been better and probably a lot scarier with a group. I felt confident that the staff would have respected my boundaries had I needed to leave the maze. It's a real highlight to see yourself on the nightvision cameras after you leave and it would be great if they offered a behind the scenes tour to see more of what is actually going on.

Super Scary!

My family and me attended this attraction on New Year's Eve as a last hurrah to see 2021 out and we weren't disappointed. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely do this again, as long as I am not at the back. I would recommend being in the middle if you're part of a group....lol

Will go again!

Highly recommend! Been twice and both times have been amazingly scary! The staff are just brilliant 😁 while I was laughing most of the time (I'm the one that usually does the scaring) I did jump a few times while being used as a human shield by my mum! Will definitely be going again

Good Screams!

Most fun we’ve had in ages, I love anything Halloween/haunted theme so this was such a great experience and really high quality! I think I pulled a muscle in my neck from all the recoiling hahaha and stomach hurts from screaming and laughing so much! The front of house staff were really professional and enthusiastic and the scares in the walk through were super fun and got the adrenaline going, will def return next time I’m back in Wellington!

Good Fun!

Good fun. Went with work for part of our Christmas function. Made more fun by getting in character and screaming just for fun. LoL Good setting and set up. Lots to look at in reception and photos at the end are a hoot. The louder you scream the more you freak out the next group. Thanks team at fear factory. Another memorable Christmas function done and dusted.
